Beautiful museum but without facilitations for people with disability, no lift to go up and with crutches it was a bit difficult. The museum it deserves to be visited. Cheers. Full review by Graziano C

I suggest that you call the museum to ask or write them an email with this question. Based on the way they have you choose a time slot for entering with a ticket, I would guess that they don't allow people into the gift shop without a ticket to the museum. Also, it is in a large, beautiful house that was converted into the museum, so you first go through the gate onto the property after showing your ticket. You exit through the gift shop and out to the yard of the house on the opposite side of the entranceway. You might be able to purchase items from their website store.
Which pass did you have which did not include the MOCO museum? Another traveler reported that it was included with their Amsterdam pass. Headed to Amsterdam in two days and want to get the right pass. Thanks.

The Amsterdam city pass does not include the Moco museum although it does give you a 20% discount. It’s well worth it if your a Banksy fan and its in the middle of the museum quarter
Is there any way to order something from your gift shop? I asked for a XL and just noticed that they gave me a L, which is too small, I've already left Amsterdam. I will keep the L and give as a gift but really wanted this shirt and the cashier grabbed the wrong one!!! Would also grab a book....
