Colleen H is describing the walking trails, not the adventure trail. The adventure trail is fully guided. It consists of a cargo net climb, cable bridges, edge-walks and more, all while wearing a harness and helmet with guides there to help and instruct. The course will usually take 1.5 hours. If some in your group do not want to do the adventure trail, they have the river walk which follows along the adventure trail, except you will walk along the river and do not need a harness. After the fourth adventure trail bridge, the river walk meets up and there are 2 more fun bridges for everyone age 5 and up which have a large plank down the middle and cargo netting on the side.
