Sørg nu for at købe billetterne online. Det gjorde vi ikke - stod i kø i en time og fik så at vide at man skal bruge pas for alle personer der skal købes billetter til. På intet sted udenfor- dvs h… Fuld anmeldelse af Svebb99
Hello, I have been trying to book tickets online for Alcazar Seville, since yesterday from USA, following the Tickets link on top right of alcazarsevilla (.) org but when it goes to last page of entering the credit card info, it keeps getting rejected We have tried different credit cards as well as different browsers but same problem! Is something broken? Please help!

We have timed entry tickets for 17:30z. Are they strict about the start time or can we go an hour early?

I’m not sure - they might put you to one side if the time is on yr ticket as they have set numbers going in at set times. On the other hand they’re might be no-shows at the earlier time …

I suppose that’s why they give people time tickets.

Buongiorno dopo aver fatto la prenotazione, mi è sorto un dubbio, perché nella compilazione dei dati anagrafici , esce scritto carta passaporto e non carta di identità ; non possiedo nessun passaporto dato che sono cittadino europeo (Italia). Nel dubbio ho inserito i dati della mia carta di identità. Voi cosa avete inserito?

I'm Canadian so we used our passport. I'm confident that your ID card serves the same purpose
Hi is it true that no shorts can be worn in the alcazar or the cathedral in Seville? Just with it being so hot I prefer to wear shorts but they aren’t short short . Just wondering if it is enforced ?

Shorts are fine and we went wearing them. Take ID or book in advance as we didn’t realise we needed to show passports or driving licence to gain entry
