We visited the recently-renovated aquarium, and frankly we liked the old one better! Certainly it is a unique piece of architecture, but curators have chosen to go ‘narrow and deep’, rather than ‘wid… Full review by threeamigas2019

Hard to say if that is the case. They appear well fed but I witnessed some behaviour in some of the animals that would suggest they are suffering....such as pacing up and down the cage and weaving. The tiger just didn't move at all, this was the most shocking because the cage is just not big enough for a dog let alone a tiger. It's a hard one because if you do not pay to see this, the revenue dries up and then what happens to the animals? I just found it sad to see and felt that things were set out so as to show the visitor what they wanted t see and not what was good for the animal or fish....
