Agrace is a nonprofit, community-supported health care organization providing personal care, adult daytime care, supportive care, hospice care and grief support to people who are aging, seriously ill, dying or grieving. Most of Agrace Hospice Care’s services come to you, wherever you live. If your Agrace Hospice Care nurse finds that you need inpatient care—to get more relief from pain and other symptoms—you can come to one of our Agrace hospice inpatient units. Our buildings are like a hospital built just for hospice patients, but with a calming, home-like setting. Having our own beautiful, homelike inpatient units sets Agrace apart from nearly all other hospices in southern Wisconsin.
