This park has two sections: one on the east and one on the west of Tucson. Both have ranger stations where activities may be planned. Both also have facilities, gift shops, and educational displays… Full review by Dave48838

Absolutely beautiful park! Amazing scenery, everywhere you look. Be sure to pack a lunch and have plenty of water so that you can take full advantage of the walking trails. Full review by Linder24

Either one is only about 30 to 45 min. max from the highway to the visitor center in each section Try putting in your map app on a smart phone - Tucson to the Red Hills Visitor Center (West part of the NP). You'll get a good number that is likely in that range.

East is the more interesting drive to me. West had the museum if you like to see the desert creatures.
