Key ingredients are mustard-onion-curry. You can use curry mustard and add some cut-up onions or go with onion-mustard if you're not especially fond of curry. Some people add ketchup too. I've left Vienna now and can't recall what type of mustard you'd automatically get at the Bitzinger stand, but I am guessing curry mustard with some bits of onion added.
