I think so, but it kind of depends where you want to grill. They have a restaurant and zip-lines in one area, and I doubt you can grill around those things.

You can park near the top of the falls and walk over to them (I seem to remember a paved pathway or sidewalk). The lower falls, however, may be a bit trickier. There is another parking lot nearby, but it's a bit of a walk to the observation area. Hope this helps and enjoy.
