I think so, but it kind of depends where you want to grill. They have a restaurant and zip-lines in one area, and I doubt you can grill around those things.
I am bringing my 81 and 86 year old parents there in a week and a half and wanted to show them the falls. Is it possible without having them walk too far?

It is quite a trek if you park at the lower falls. It is paved, but all uphill, and then you get to the stairs. To get to the middle of the falls I believe is 176 stairs. And then a few hundred more to get to the top. If you park at the top you will have the least amount of walking, the lot was pretty close to the falls. You can also take trails in the woods up and down, which was a nice hike but pretty physical. A gorgeous park, the falls are amazing!
