Popular Milwaukee steakhouse owner indicted on federal child sex crimes
The indictment handed up by a grand jury in U.S. District Court in Madison alleges that Stelio Kalkounos, 51, the principal owner of the popular Five O'Clock Steakhouse, recruited or enticed a minor to engage in commercial sex acts between July 16 and March 1, and that on Nov. 20, he used a minor for the creation of child pornography.
